Parents tend to stress when it comes to birthday parties. When your kid has a summer birthday party, there seems like very few options to escape the summer heat! Never fear, we have found many great options which will hopefully help you in your party planning

Heart and Soul Kids

We make birthday parties the best experience for the whole family. Our celebrations are fully-structured, easy, and clean-up free forf amilies. (Yes, you read that right!) You pick the theme, invite friends, andour awesome birthday hosts will do the rest!

Included in every party package:
– Themed Decorations + Tableware (tablecloths, utensils, plates, & napkins)
– No setup or clean-up, we take care of that!
– Event coordination with our Events Manager!
– A private 2-hour party hosted by our amazing Heart & Soul instructors!
– Fully air-conditioned facility

Playformance

Your child will never forget the magic of a Playformance birthday party! We will keep kids active and happy while parents relax and actually enjoy celebrating a birthday party!

What your party includes: 

• $450 base price for private     facility use including 2-3 skilled staff members. 
• 20 participants ages 5 through 15     included. 
• $20/additional participant      (Anyone entering the playground is considered a participant)
• 90 minutes of customized play and     30 additional minutes on our beautiful porch for cake and     celebration! 
• Families welcome to bring outside     food, drink and decorations! 

You are welcome to come no more than 30 minutes before your party start time for set up. Our experienced staff will help you bring things in from the car, set up decorations and food, and welcome and sign in your guests.

• NERF ADD ON: For ages 8 and up. Full nerfmania! We supply nerf guns and bullets. Coaches create fun environments     for nerf battles and games. ($200 additional. Includes special nerf set up, additional space and coaches) 
• Family Play Party: (Best for multi-age groups age 6 and younger and their caregivers) For adults and children of all ages to enjoy the play space together. Coaches create an open, free play set up that is successful in meeting the needs of children and their families.     Great for family get togethers, birthdays, or holidays. ($200 additional. Includes special multiage set-up and 5 additional guests)

Timeless Play is a beautiful and unique venue for your kid-friendly private event. We host custom birthday parties, private play events, school fundraisers, and more. This new spot located right by Tucson Mall on Broadway opened in the middle of the pandemic, so people are still finding out about this little gem. The store itself is a Lego lovers dream of any age. They specialize in buying and trading of Legos.

Come celebrate at Tucson’s Best Lego themed brick-day party Place! Having your party at Bricks & Minifigs gives you the ultimate chance to have FUN, get creative, and use your imagination! It begins with up to a full hour of Lego® building time, hosted by a Bricks& Minifigs team member, this will allow everyone time to relax, have fun and build!

Flaundrau Science Center and Planetarium

Parties at Flandrau are three hours inl ength for your guests (2 hours for guests to eat and explore exhibits andapproximately 1 hour to enjoy a planetarium show). Additionally, you’ll have 30minutes to setup before your party and 30 minutes to clean up after your partyoutside of the three-hour party time.
