At Heart & Soul Kids, we know children are most passionate about their physical and mental health when engaged, appropriately challenged, and having fun with friends! 

Founded in 2013, by GymCat Alumni and Tucson native, Deanna Sherman, Heart & Soul Kids provides a variety of child-centered classes, activities, and events for your family.

Our three convenient Tucson-area locations welcome over a thousand children weekly for dance, gymnastics, and ninja classes… as well as those who join us for birthday parties, summer camps, and date nights!
