Speech-language Pathologist
Haley Myers M.S., CCC-SLP
Haley earned a Bachelor of Science in Speech, Language and Hearing Sciences from the University of Arizona and a Master of Science in Clinical Speech-Language Pathology from Northern Arizona University.
During her undergraduate career, Haley worked as a research assistant investigating the receptive and expressive language skills of adults as well as gaining hands-on experience to integrate early intervention techniques for children in a preschool classroom setting.
Haley has experience providing home-based therapy services to individuals with a variety of diagnoses.
Additionally, she worked at a K-12 independent day school catering to children with learning differences such as dyslexia, ADHD, and executive functioning difficulties.
While in graduate school, Haley was a member of the Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi and received training in the assessment and treatment of oral motor disorders and traumatic brain injuries.
She completed her clinical practicum at a pediatric private practice in Phoenix, AZ.
Haley has experience in the differential diagnosis of speech and language disorders in children of all ages.
She specializes in creating unique speech and language materials used in therapy, as well as implementing research-based methods and innovative programming to support progress in each child.
Haley is passionate about working with children and their caregivers to improve all aspects of communication.
She is devoted to providing parents with strategies and tools to help their child succeed.
Haley was born and raised in Phoenix and currently resides in Scottsdale with her husband and baby daughter. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, creating balloon garlands, and spending time with her extended family.
