Autism/Neurodevelopmental Disorders
Founded in 2022, our company was built with the mindset that parents and families of children with autism are key drivers in their children's progress and the field as a whole.
At Trinity Behavioral Consulting, we ensure that our leaders have extensive experience working directly with children that have autism.
And we’ve seen that for every child that has exceeded their diagnostic limitations, there stands a collaborative and persistent parent or parents by their side.
Our Mission
Our mission is to help children with autism and other neurodevelopmental disorders on their personal life journey.
Vision & Values
Our vision is to provide accessible ABA therapy to every child in the community diagnosed with autism or other neurodevelopmental disorders. We believe we can achieve this goal by advocation for better access and resources to families, encouraging more people to join the ABA career field, and staying true to our core values.
Why Trinity Behavioral Consulting?
Trinity Behavioral Consulting approach to treatment is naturalistic, using everyday family routines to foster generalization of skills and to promote independence right from the start. Our programs focus on increasing each client's motivation to learn, making each session both fun and functional. TBC utilizes Discrete Trial Training (DTT), Pivotal Response Training (PRT), and Positive Behavior Support (PBS) methodologies as the primary framework of our programs. We also consider all scientifically proven methods when tailoring each program to fit the unique needs of each client.
Trinity Behavioral Consulting keeps your family in mind throughout the process to make sure you are completely aware, onboard, in agreement, and hopeful with working on your approved goals!

APPLIED BEHAVIORAL ANALYSIS (ABA)
ABA therapy is a proven treatment for children diagnosed with autism. Studies support its effectiveness more than any other therapy. ABA works because it targets your child’s behaviors and developmental skills, making it a program uniquely designed for your child. An ABA therapist analyzes why those behaviors occur and what skills can be taught to improve your child’s quality of life. The therapist evaluates the purpose a child’s behavior is serving. They then teach helpful and new behaviors. Through ABA therapy, your child will learn effective ways to communicate with others. By working with our compassionate and experienced therapists, you will see your child begin to develop positive behavior changes.
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY
Trinity Behavioral Consulting therapy focuses on the progression of developmental skills and establishing appropriate responses to sensory input in a fun and active way through the use of a therapeutic environment set up with activities that facilitate exploration, movement, creativity, and engagement. Our therapists are experts in adapting the activity or environment so that your child is successful and they build on the child’s skill to promote progression and skill mastery.
Our therapists focus on the following areas:
MENTORING PROGRAM
Developing a sense of belonging is imperative to the healthy development of children and adolescents.
A caring and trusted adult can serve as a positive role model in our members' lives and is a strategy we believe in for prevention and intervention to help improve their personal development.
With a community-based approach in the most appropriate setting, our services are tailored to each members' needs for them to prosper.
We develop achievable goals together during the treatment planning process with family and member integration, which may include goals such as resume building, securing employment, money budgeting, and self-care.
Our members are then aligned with a trained employee and work together to achieve these goals.
SPEECH THERAPY
Our team of speech-language pathologists offers a full range of diagnostic speech and language services and individual therapy sessions are available for persons of any age.
Many of our therapists are school-based clinicians and we specialize in the school-aged population.
